I am a qualified Educational Management Consultant & Teacher with 19 years experience in the Educational sector in the Middle East and Southern Africa.

In addition to professional development,
I have provided successful personal development sessions to teachers in my capacity as lead teacher and applied extensive efforts to improve communication in my department and to develop my staff’s skills and collaboration.

I won third place in the MCE ( Microsoft Certified Exam), and I practice as a MIEE (Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert).

I was nominated in my district in South Africa for teacher of the year and was promoted in the first 2 years in the UAE to Lead Teacher in the school and thereafter to District Supervisor for English.

I have exceptional leadership, teacher guidance and management skills and therefore, I thrive on delivering memorable operational experiences, constantly striving to gain a clearer understanding of a school’s journey in order to define crisper solutions with actionable inputs for continuous improvement initiatives.

I enjoy working alongside high-performing individuals and helping them to increase their understanding of complex challenges from diverse perspectives to develop new skills.
