Mark is the Chief Inspector for Penta International, the oldest and largest inspectorate of British schools overseas. He was the youngest inspector working in England, though he isn’t now. He led the largest and smallest inspections in England that had happened up that time. He is also President of the International Council for Education Otherwise than at School and Chairman of the FilBrit Training Centres family of companies. He travels extensively and inspects a lot. His greatest joy, however, is teaching, which he has never stopped doing.
